Cancellation Policy

  • 20% prepayment is due with your booking, the balance is due before boat departure
     

  • RISK FREE booking - you can cancel up to 1 month in advance for a full 100% refund.

  • Cancellation up to 3 week before - 50% refund.

  • Cancellation less than 3 weeks - no refund.
     

  • If the weather conditions will not allow us to travel on your chosen date, we will offer you a few alternatives.

  • Before you cancel we will try to offer you alternative dates, however availability is not guaranteed.
